Guidelines:

Annual Reports:

One of the ways faithful disciples assist one another in God’s mission involve the reports we share this time of the year. I invite you to complete and send me your 2011 Rostered Leader Report by February 15, 2011.

As a matter of good “green” stewardship, please try to submit your report in paperless fashion.

Here’s how:

  1. Download the appropriate report form from the ELCA Office of the Secretary website. Please note that there are nine different options to choose from in selecting the appropriate report, based on your current roster status.
  2. Fill out the form, save it on your computer, and then email it as a file attachment to Shirleen Wyland at Wyland@cord.edu.

You may find it helpful to discuss your report with your Mutual Ministry Committee or a trusted colleague before transmitting it to the synod office.I will strive to read and respond to your report in some appropriate fashion.

Pastors serving congregations are also encouraged to oversee the completion of your Annual Congregational Report. Electronic filing is encouraged! Just go to the ELCA Website, Office of the Secretary. Completing and submitting that report by the requested date provides meaningful information for the synod and churchwide organization.

This year your synod staff team also has created a Supplemental Report [pdf]. Given the many changes and challenges we have faced together during the last year, we offer this chance to put some “flesh” on the “bones” (statistics!) in your Annual Congregational Report.
