Director of Youth and Family Ministries First Lutheran Church, Bemidji, has an opening for Director of Youth and Family Ministries. In this fulltime position the Director of Youth and Family Ministries will work with the staff and congregation to develop a comprehensive youth and family ministry (preschool through college age) that implements the mission and goals of First Lutheran Church. The Director will work in collaboration with the pastors, staff, Board of Youth Ministries, Board of Christian Education, Congregation Council and the congregation in a shared effort to develop, organize and implement this ministry to all ages.
