*75% time developing access to/creation of spiritual formation and theological education rooted in cross-cultural, relationally- -oriented training among indigenous leaders, creating a Center for Theological Leadership.

Approximate Work Schedule:

The Parish youth ministry board will meet with the coordinator and Pastor to review the responsibilities and hours needed for this position on an annual basis, or sooner if needed.
Compensation:
This is a salaried part time position starting at a minimum of 20 hours per week, $20,000 to $25,000 based on experience. Much of your time will be in the months of September through May. Travel pay will be included for events, trips, etc.
